SPLIT: The EARLY Years (30 minutes)
Told entirely by children, this film offers an unfiltered glimpse into how kids experience their parents’ divorce.
No adults. No experts.
Just kids sharing what’s in their hearts and on their minds.
Their honesty, insight, and even humor help parents better understand their children’s needs during this difficult transition.
SPLIT UP: The TEEN Years (45 minutes)
A follow-up ten years later with the same 12 kids, now teens, reflecting on how divorce shaped their lives.
SPLIT UP offers validation and guidance for teens, while also encouraging divorcing parents to make decisions with long-term impact in mind.
These films are used widely by judges, mediators, therapists, and parent educators because they are effective—they open hearts, reduce conflict, and lead to better outcomes for children.
How the Streaming License Works
- The films can be used in parenting programs, orientation sessions, or shared directly with parents to view at home.
- We create a customized viewing portal with your court’s logo and a welcome message. (View a sample page here.)
- Pricing is scaled based on court size. Please see the attached pricing chart.
- Discounts are available when both films are licensed.
- We accommodate smaller districts with limited budgets—please reach out with any sliding scale requests.
TO GET STARTED
STEP 1:
Place your order based on the approximate number of parents your court serves each year. We will confirm your court size once your order is placed.
STEP 2
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll create your customized streaming portal with your logo. (See example Welcome Page here.)
STEP 3
Within about a week, you’ll receive your customized streaming link, ready to share with parenting program facilitators, court staff, and directly with parents.
